The campfire crackling,

a guitar sounding with a deep voice singing,

the cold night air and the smell of roasted bread in your nose,

a bottle of water and a cigarette in your hand.

Brothers all around you.

THIS is Life.

Have you ever lived it?

When you’re out all day, even the simplest of things become a divine gift.

Be it a good laugh because of a joke one of your friends made,

a short rest for Jerky and Water,

the beautiful view from atop the mountain.

A mat on the floor to rest your stressed body,

the warmth of a fire,

the taste of a hot meal.

Through all the “self-improvement” gurus out there, we often get caught up in the smallest of things.

“Drink a cup of herbal tea 1 hour before bed, read for 30 minutes, stretch for 15 minutes, meditate for 15 minutes - this is the best evening routine!”

You are being sold the newest of Gimicks. But you don’t need this.

All you truly need to flourish,

is hard work, meaningful relations and nature.

What does this mean?

The perfect demonstration is what we started with.

A weekend camping with the men you see as brothers.

Hiking with a 45 pound pack, chopping wood, setting up camp. That’s physical work.

All of this with your brothers. Talking, laughing, doing dumb shit, eating, thinking about existence itself - with the men who are closest to you.

Rucking through ancient woods, plains, mountains, valleys and rivers.

Take a different type day:

You start your day off with a trail run through forests and fields.

You work on your business, doing Outreach, having calls and creating value.

You hit a heavy workout in the gym, walk through the forest after that.

Dinner with your closest friends.

You fasted the whole day.

This meal, after a day of work, in the presence of your brothers, is a divine gift.

Talking, laughing, doing dumb shit, eating, thinking about existence itself -

You have the same Elements, just in different variations.

You’ll appreciate every day, where you have truly lived,

worked hard, embraced brotherhood, gave love and admired nature.

On those days your pillow feels the softest.

THIS is Life.

Are you living it?
